Dr Varun Mittal is the Head of the Kidney Transplant department and the Associate Chief of Uro-Oncology & Robotic Surgery (Unit I). He is an expert in Organ Transplant, Robotic Surgery, and Urology. Specifically, Dr Mittal specializes in Kidney Transplant and Advanced Robotic Urologic Cancer Surgery. For over a decade, Dr Mittal has played a pivotal role in the success of kidney transplant programs in prestigious institutes. His academic career is adorned with multiple achievements, including winning the Gold medal for the best robotic surgery video from AMASI. In 2015, he was honored with the International Travel fellowship award by the American Urologic Association.
