Dr. Tariq Matin is a distinguished Interventional Neurologist with over 20 years of experience. He received his training at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi and completed a fellowship under Dr. Georges Rodesch, the President of WFITIN, at Foch Hospital in Suresnes, France. His areas of expertise include endovascular treatments for acute ischemic stroke, coiling of intracranial aneurysms, advanced remodeling techniques for aneurysm coiling, transcranial Doppler (TCD) monitoring for vasospasm, endovascular interventions for vasospasm, intracranial angioplasties, as well as carotid and vertebral angioplasty. Additionally, he is skilled in the embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) and dural fistulas. Dr. Matin also focuses on the management of vascular disorders affecting the brain and spine, including aneurysm coiling and AVM embolization.
