Brief Profile:

Dr. Shafiq Ahmed is a urologist, uro-oncologist and robotic kidney surgeon with over 18 years of experience. He has performed more than 15,000 urological procedures to date and his specialty is robotic kidney surgery.

He has previously worked with some of India's top hospitals and has been a key member in establishing kidney transplant programs, including robotic kidney transplant, in some of Delhi-NCR's top hospitals. He is an American board-certified robotic uro-oncologist and roboticist.

Urogenital surgery for adult and pediatric patients. He is one of the few surgeons in the world who specializes in robotic kidney transplantation.

Assoc. Prof. Ahmed has numerous articles in national and international medical journals and several volumes on urological diseases. He has been a prominent speaker at various medical and faculty conferences in the urology student training program in India. As one of the leading urologists, robotics and renal surgeons, he has played a significant role in educating the youth in the country.
