Brief Profile:

Dr. Sanjay Mittal is a cardiologist who started his medical studies from LLRM Medical College, Meerut in 1982 and completed his doctorate in medicine from the same university in 1991. He received his doctorate in cardiology from King George Medical College, Lucknow in 1994. professional career as Cardiologist in Escorts Heart Institute in 1994 and currently working for 10 years as Senior Director of Clinical Cardiology and Research in Medanta the Medicity, Gurgaon. He also underwent extensive training and worked abroad in various hospitals, laboratories and medical centers such as Columbia Presbyterian Hospital (New York), New England Medical Center (Boston), Echocardiography Laboratory (Cleveland) and institutes in other countries such as Buffalo, New Hampshire. . , Italy, Germany etc. A passionate, master and hybrid clinician with extensive knowledge in basic and clinical research, Dr. Sanjay Mittal is currently responsible for the Heart Failure Program, Non-Invasive and Clinical Cardiology and the Clinical Research Program at Medanta the Medicity. He is also the director of Medanta Duke Research Institute. During his career, he also participated in imparting education in the form of teaching to DNB postdoctoral candidates and other students. During his almost 30-year academic career, he made an outstanding contribution to the field of cardiology. Recipient of numerous professional awards, Dr. Mittal has a keen interest in research
and write articles. He has published more than 50 articles in various national and international magazines and texts. He has conducted several clinical trials and has also published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. He participated in a large number of national and international conferences, gave more than 200 invited lectures and conducted many workshops and training programs. He is a member of many medical societies and professional organizations like Indian Academy of Echocardiography, Heart Failure Society of India, Indian Society of Cardiology, International Academy of Medical Sciences, API, IMA, etc. In addition, he participated in the organization of more than 20 conferences and events in the field of echocardiography, heart failure, clinical cardiology and scientific research.
