Brief Profile:

Dr. Ghosh possesses a profound interest in Renal Transplantation, complemented by extensive expertise in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Urology Surgery. He has been a trailblazer in performing the first Robotic Renal Transplant Recipient Surgery in this region. His Robotic training was conducted at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York, where he has collaborated with several esteemed Robotic surgeons since 2006. In addition to his focus on Robotics, Dr. Ghosh is adept in Minimally Invasive Techniques for both complex Urologic cancer and non-cancerous procedures. He has established dedicated Kidney Transplant programs in three private hospitals and has been instrumental in introducing robotic surgery in these facilities, playing a key role in the development of the current Renal Transplant and Robotic Renal Transplant program at Medanta.
