Dr. K. K. Handa

Brief Profile:

Dr. K.K Handa is the Head of the Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery at Medanta. He has more than 32 years of experience in this specialty. He has headed the Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery since the inception of Medanta in 2009. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of ENT, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and was teaching staff member for 13 years. He was also a senior resident at PGIMER Chandigarh. He is the former president of the Association of Phono Surgeons of India and was the founder secretary of the association. He is one of the leading sound and laser surgeons in the country. His expertise includes laryngology, voice surgery, laser surgery, cochlear implants, endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery and head and neck surgery. He was also a Commonwealth Teaching Fellow for Laser Training, Glasgow Royal Infirmary, UK in 2004
