Dr. Balbir Singh holds the position of Chairman of Cardiology at Max Healthcare, where he oversees the development, quality, clinical governance, physician recruitment, credentialing, research, and training, including the DNB program in Cardiology across all Max hospitals. He joined Max Healthcare in November 2019 after a successful tenure as Chairman of Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology at Medanta Hospital, where he gained widespread recognition and received multiple national and international accolades, including the Padma Shri.

Dr. Balbir Singh is a distinguished cardiologist, celebrated on both national and international platforms. He has been honored with numerous awards, including the esteemed Padma Shri. Dr. Singh has been at the forefront of innovative techniques in invasive cardiology and holds a faculty position at major conferences in Europe and America. His expertise encompasses coronary angioplasty, electrophysiology, radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmias, and the implementation of pacemakers and devices for heart failure treatment.
