Dr. Jain is proficient in the medical management of various forms of Chronic Pain, including Cancer Pain, Back Pain, Joint Pain, Neck Pain, Neuropathic Pain, Neuralgias, and Facial Pain. He is knowledgeable in the administration of multiple classes of medications, particularly NSAIDs, Anti-Neuropathic Drugs, and Narcotic Agents such as Morphine and Fentanyl. Additionally, he utilizes DMARDs and Biological agents like Leflunomide, Methotrexate, Etanercept, and Infliximab through various delivery methods, including oral, intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous, and neuraxial routes. He also performs advanced procedures, including Percutaneous Disc Decompressions (Cervical and Lumbar), Adhesiolysis, Cervical/Thoracic TLESIs and TFESIs, Facet and Medial Branch Block Radiofrequency Treatments, Dorsal Root Ganglion Radiofrequency and Pulsed Radiofrequency, Percutaneous Vertebroplasties, High Cervical Chordotomies, and Gasserian Ganglion Radiofrequency neurolytic rhizolysis and Balloon compression, among other interventions beneficial for pain management. Dr. Jain conducts a wide array of Advanced Interventional Pain Management Procedures for Chronic Pain, including Spinal Cord Stimulators, Intrathecal Implants, and Selective Nerve Root Ablation for Trigeminal Neuralgia, as well as T2-T3 Sympathectomy (Radiofrequency Ablation).
