Dr. Aditya Gupta is a distinguished neurosurgeon who graduated at the top of his class from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. Following his graduation, he was appointed as a faculty member and served as an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery until 2009. Subsequently, he co-established the Institute of Neurosciences at Medanta, where he held the position of Additional Director of Neurosurgery until mid-2016. Dr. Gupta has not only pioneered advanced surgical techniques for a diverse range of brain tumors, focusing on microsurgery and radiosurgery, but he also possesses exceptional expertise in treating patients with movement disorders through Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), epilepsy surgery, nerve and brachial plexus surgery, as well as brain aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). Additionally, he is highly skilled in various forms of spine surgery. With over 40 scientific publications and book chapters to his name, he is frequently invited to speak at both national and international conferences. His contributions to the field have also been recognized through multiple appearances on national television. Dr. Gupta is undoubtedly regarded as one of the leading neurosurgeons in the country today.
